Markéta Dančová, Mgr. is currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Czech Studies. Her research focuses on morphosyntax in language production in Czech nonfluent aphasia. Dančová works at the intersection of psycholinguistics, grammar, clinical linguistics, and pragmatics, with particular interest in how grammatical structures are affected by language impairment and how linguistic theory can inform clinical assessment and analysis. Her work combines theoretical linguistic approaches with data from spontaneous and elicited speech. In addition to her research, Dančová is actively involved in teaching linguistics at the university level, contributing to courses in grammar, lexicology, pragmatics, and interdisciplinary approaches to language.
